Audi vehicles are some of the most satisfying cars to remap, and at CB Autotuning in Cambridge we're Audi tuning specialists. Whether you've got a sensible A3 diesel commuter or a fire-breathing S4, we can unlock serious performance gains from a simple ECU remap.
The Audi A3 and A4 2.0 TDI are our most popular Audi remaps in Cambridge. Using the VW Group EA288 diesel engine, these cars gain 30-40 BHP and up to 80 Nm of extra torque from a Stage 1 remap. The quattro versions put the extra power down beautifully, making for an incredibly capable all-weather performer.
The Audi A5 2.0 TDI and 3.0 TDI are equally impressive. The V6 3.0 TDI is a particular highlight — with 50-70 BHP gains from Stage 1, the A5 becomes a genuine performance car while maintaining Audi refinement and comfort. It's one of our favourite engines to tune.
For petrol Audi owners, the 2.0 TFSI engine (found in the A3, A4, A5, and Q5) remaps just as well as its VW Golf GTI sibling. Stage 1 gains of 40-60 BHP are typical, with the turbocharged engine delivering smooth, linear power all the way to the redline.
Audi S and RS models are where things get really exciting. The S3's EA888 engine goes from 310 to 370+ BHP with a Stage 1 remap. The S4 and S5 3.0 TFSI V6 gains 40-60 BHP. These are already fast cars made properly rapid with just a software change.
